- phone call at start of session
- Distance Reiki energy session
- post-session email with my observations & helpful resources
At your specified time, I will call you for a quick intro. We will then hang up to proceed with the Reiki session.
When finished, I will send you a follow-up email. Please feel free to ask any questions that you have.
