Motivation

"Everything is a distraction or a tool."I heard that phrase while listening to a podcast a long time ago and it just stuck with me. My first thought was that the word "EVERYTHING" casts a pretty big net.  But then, I started to think about it....  This phrase can pretty much apply to EVERYTHING.

.... I walk to the kitchen to go outside, see the dirty dishes on the counter so decide to just wash them 'quick'.  Then I realize the dish towels could be washed so I walk them to the laundry room....and see that there's a load to be washed 'quick' so I throw that in the washing machine.  I mean, it may as well be washing while I'm working, right? ;)
