"Everything is a distraction or a tool."I heard that phrase while listening to a podcast a long time ago and it just stuck with me. My first thought was that the word "EVERYTHING" casts a pretty big net. But then, I started to think about it.... This phrase can pretty much apply to EVERYTHING.

Remember that Egg Timer from my last blog..... I LOVE it!!As I'm writing this, I have e.ggtimer.com set for 20 minutes...and I swear to you, I will not get up from my yoga ball chair until that timer goes off!
